Without hesitation, the best B&B type accommodation I've had the pleasure of staying at. There are 2 cottages, an apartment, and several guestrooms. The guestrooms have breakfast included, the cottages are self contained with kitchen, but for extra you can opt in for breakfast. There are several reasons this place is special: the hosts, the location, and the facilities. The hosts have been doing this for over 30 years because they have a passion for what they do. They are great people and they do a fabulous job of innkeeping. Michael made a lot of effort to give us many great recommendations on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. They also have traveled extensively and love to share their experiences. Nery's touch is felt by the ambience of the decor and interiors. I think they both spend a lot of time making the grounds beautiful. The gardens are beautiful. It certainly doesn't hurt that the location is nestled in the most gorgeous river canyon. It is simply breathtaking! Best of all, it's less than 5 minutes from all the craziness of Queenstown: traffic, masses of people, congestion. We couldn't wait to get back to our cottage every night, open a bottle of wine and sit outside and watch the river go by. If I could give a sixth star I would. read more
