He came right out on one of the coldest days of the year to get me an estimate. I had other trees that also concerned me, but his honest assessment of the trees in my back yard spared me a lot of worry and money. He helped to coordinate approvals with my community association and worked around my schedule to find the best day for the work to get done. When his fleet of trucks and equipment rolled down my street, it was quite impressive. Beyond the usual equipment, the crew came prepared with a special spider lift that fit through the narrow entry to my yard without leaving a trace. The crew worked very safely and efficiently and left my yard cleaner than it was found (minus the two hazardous trees and a new pile of fire wood that I asked them to leave behind).
