UPDATE : we had posted a less then flattering ( which we have removed )review before talking to the CEO/ owner of the company, Marnie, as we were under the impression Bo was the owner / CEO. When Marnie saw the review , she immediately reached out and was very apologetic for the work that was done as it was not up to the high standards they set and have produced in the past. She plans to immediately remedy the problems and knowing they are more then capable of doing a great job we have removed our review and given them 5 stars for being so proactive in solving our problems. We would like to say, that not all companies are perfect but it takes an exceptional one to step forward and work with the customer to resolve their issues, and based on that we would definitely hire them again. read more

Bo, responded quickly to my request and stayed in touch until they came out. He has a terrific crew that accomplished all the work and then some that we needed done. Their work was professional, precise and accurate! We needed a lot of trimming of trees, plants, trees removed and stumps grinded, cleanup of tree limbs and leaves, etc. They were reasonably priced plus the cleanup after they finished was good. We will definitely hire them again for additional work. And let me added, his crew were so polite and hard working. Honestly, it was the icing on the cake!!!! read more

Before the hurricane, Bo gave me the best quote on removing a tree. I waited too long and it was blown over on to my neighbors tree during the hurricane and was threatening his house. Bo had a packed schedule so I asked him to just come get the tree down and that I would remove it. I expected a higher price due to the amount of work he was getting. He didn't charge me more than what he asked before the hurricane AND he still removed the tree. It was great to get that kind of service, for the kind of price. I just purchased a home in Seminole. The previous owners had somewhat over landscaped the front and back yards with a Fir tree, fruit trees, and other overgrown bushes. Bo came out and examined the yard, we discussed options and agreed. He and his team came out and were well equipped (tools and trucks). They cleaned up everything (including raking up) afterwards. I highly recommend them and will use them again soon. read more

Bo and his crew trimmed some trees, cut down tree limbs and trimmed back some very overgrown bushes at our house. They were on time, very efficient, had really great equipment to get the job done right, and cleaned up everything really well. We love the results and our yard looks so much better! I will definitely call them again when I need some more work done and I highly recommend them! Very professional and reasonably priced as well! read more

Bo came out the day after we called to give us a free estimate on trimming three palm trees. His price was reasonable and he did the work the same day as the estimate. The trees were trimmed very nicely and all the debris was removed. He also alerted us to a tree we had that was covered in carpenter ants. He was able to handle that for us as well. We will definitely be using Treeology again in the future. read more

Had Bo and company remove a tree. Trim another and take care of my Palms. They were on time, sid a great job and cleaned up completely. They took care of the required permits and they are licensed and insured. Bo made suggestions on how to better care for my trees, and knew the species of all of them. read more

They did a great job removing a massive pine tree that required a crane. It was done in very quick,…read moreand they cleaned up well. Hauled everything away as well. The only issue we experienced was they initially drove the crane onto our lawn, which tore it up and cracked the sidewalk. When I called to let them know, there was no apology for the damage. Instead, I was told the city should handle the sidewalk. Then given the excuse of it was "thin and washed out underneath," was why it cracked easily. While we know our lawn isn't perfect, it was still frustrating to see it torn up. Also, the truck partially drove over our sewer line. Fortunately, there was no damage. It would've been appreciated if they had at least consulted us beforehand. We would've gladly let them use the driveway from the start, where they eventually moved the crane anyway. We weren't even aware the sidewalk was cracked until we noticed it ourselves later that day. Someone could've easily gotten hurt. Instead of the company reporting it, we had to reach out to the city ourselves to start the repair process. In the end, great work on the tree, but we were disappointed with lack of accountability for the damage caused.

They arrived a few hours after Ed came by to assess everything. And came with a huge crane, several trucks, a crew of several guys, a chipper and a dump truck to haul all the tree parts away. Ed previously handled a Bamboo cluster gone wrong at my house. And he recently came back after my swimming/flying tree disaster, just before the storm hit, to clean up the overgrowth on my front yard trees. The more I think about what happened in the back yard, with a tree that simply got over weighted with wet foliage and split apart, the more I appreciate the service I got before the storms came. I could have had three more trees do the same, but land on my house instead. It was also insanely cool to watch them lift a tree up over our houses and place it in the yard to cut it up.

We hired Treeology at the end of August to remove a large oak and two smaller trees from our front yard. What should have been an easy 2-day job took almost a week (I believe it was 5 days) because of equipment issues and other unknown delays. After missing the start date of Aug 27 because of a mechanical problem, they finished removing the tree and grinding the stumps on Sept 1st at which time we paid them in full. Now 2 weeks later and after multiple phone calls we are still waiting for them to come and finish cleaning up the remains of the big oak that they left behind in the vacant lot beside us. Update: On Sept 23rd, Treeology sent their crew out to complete the job. I understand that there were equipment issues. I get that, it happens. But I feel this could have, and should have been handled differently. Bo, you state in you reply dtd 10/16/25 that the job was finished only 2 days beyond scheduled... No sir, it took you 3 weeks to finish.. the job's not done until the Clean Up is complete. read more

Contacted Bo at Treeology to cut back some 50+ year old tree limbs hanging over my mother's roof (June 2016). He called me back as I was leaving a message. Bo stopped by the next day and provided an estimate based on his recommendations. He emailed me a copy of the written estimate, along with his credentials and a copy of his liability insurance. He (& his workers) started the work the following week. Altogether Bo removed the limbs from over the roof, cut back limbs hanging over a power wire and serviced a palm tree that was badly in need of a trim. Bo is very personable and engaging. His work was excellent (included clean-up, clearing of roof and gutters and debris removal) and the price was good. I highly recommend Bo at Treeology. read more
