When I called to tell them about it, they made it right. Thats good business though I should not have to supervise. I was at my son's house over the weekend to do some work, and I found myself seriously disappointed again. My son was not able to stay while they worked, and they took advantage of that. They "trimmed" a tree for him. They also took him for thousands. They removed 5 limbs from a tree. All of which could be reached with a ladder. They charged 3000.00. There were no power lines in the area. The limbs that they cut were not over the structures. There was no clean up, no hauling away, nothing. Just limbs down. I will definitely not be recommending them again. It seems that they only do a decent job if you stand there and watch them.
