They were able to schedule me…read morepromptly for my dead Locust tree and delivered a high-quality result at a very competitive price. The team followed a step-by-step procedure that was clearly very organized and efficient. Every worker was fully geared up in safety vests, helmets, and straps. They were extremely careful to avoid power lines and ensured no damage was done to the yard. They even used high-end remote control equipment--the kind of tech you'd expect from a massive enterprise--which turned a 6 hour job into a 2 hour job. Beyond the technical skill, the team was friendly and communicated effectively with one another. They kept the wood in organized piles, and once finished, there was hardly any evidence they had been there at all, aside from a clean yard and mulch where the stump used to be. I highly recommend them if you want a fast, safe, and professional job done without breaking the bank.

I requested I be contacted in the morning to confirm he would be there the next day, I was not. I called and was told he would be out later in the day. At 5 o'clock on the second day an employee with minimal experience showed up. He gave me his opinion, I told him I would let the office know the next day what I had decided, and that I was unhappy that Alex didn't bother to show. Unannounced on the third day Alex came to my house. I told him I'd already signed a contract with another company, that I didn't require his service. He asked if I was having it cut down, I said no. He said 'you're wasting your money', as he glanced at my tree. I said I don't require your services, thank you. You can go. He said, "you asked for my opinion and I'm gonna give it to you!" I told him he didn't bother to show or call for the first appointment, he didn't show for the second appointment, I'm not using his company. Instead of an apology, he said 'This is your fault because you were impatient. You wanted to see me, I'm gonna tell you what you need to do!' I told him to get off my property, he refused to leave immediately, telling me I was wasting my money. I had to tell him a second time to get off my property, he yelled at me all the way to his truck. I have NEVER had an experience like that.

Today, they provide shade and beauty to our landscape and better yet, great memories for our family! We've worked with Arbor Masters, before. We were happy with their previous work but even still, we got a few quotes for our tree work, this year. It had been six years since we've had these trees manicured. Arbor Masters won the job and came out for a day, last week. The first thing the technicians said was, "those are some hairy trees." Eight hours later, they looked more like trees than bushes. Beautiful! The technicians, Alex and Lucas, were diligent and professional but more impressively, they were true gentlemen. They repeatedly asked how we liked our trees looked. I spent the entire afternoon watching Alex climb our 60 foot maple and 40 foot Shumard oak. I was impressed with the way they worked, together. Moreover, the quality of their work was better than ever. I doubt that I'll ever be getting bids on my tree work, again. Arbor Masters should be your first call. You'll be happy with their price and delighted with their work. Five stars!
