After looking for…read morea specialized attorney, Gruber Law came up, so I contacted the number available on a Saturday, and spoke with a woman whom told me that someone would contact Monday. She claimed that there may be multiple legal issues within my claim, but NEVER told me that Gruber Law didn't not take these types of Bad Faith Insurance Claims (they come to in a Google search for that specific type of legal issue(s). Then, on Monday afternoon, after waiting anxiously to speak with someone, a woman named Carlie (sp)- (kind words for how she spoke and acted) called me and claimed that they do not take Bad Faith Insurance Claims. She was extremely rude, provided me the wrong number for Lawyer Refferal Services, then hung up on me. She repeatedly said how popular they are but dismissed me like I'm not even worth the minuet she gave me. Horrible experience! A little compassion goes a long way but she had none.
