My daughter went through the Our Whole Lives (OWL) program in middle school, and years later I can honestly say it was one of the most valuable things she experienced. OWL covered so many things that her regular health classes simply didn't. It taught her about healthy relationships, consent, communication, boundaries, respect, decision-making, and how to look out for herself and others. Those lessons didn't end when the program did. The talks are relevent and the I'll guarantee that there is no better worship music than what is played here.
