I also loved our cashier who talked me into signing up for a card. I don't know her name, but I asked if she was in the army because of her accent and she was! This is the place where miscellany comes to be discounted. I found some laminate flooring, I'm guessing it's being sold cheaper than normal. ‍ Lol What I loved the most is that I could find that, a karaoke speaker, and coloring books all in the same space. They had a great selection of cookbooks and plush throws, too.

I couldn't stomach it for more than a few minutes. There's an almost sticky, moist quality to everything inside, including textiles and DVD cases. I'm sure there are some treasures to be found but it's not the place for me. Another note: while we were there, they were having some sort of parking lot sale that the manager said was a lady's estate being cleared out. Carts full of stuff that people had apparently already bought were left out like they were still for sale, leading to a lot of frustration on my end. Nothing was tagged and she would arbitrarily decide the price of whatever item you brought up to her. She tried to tell my boyfriend that an untested cassette recorder that was ACTIVELY BEING RAINED ON was $20. Are you out of your mind? No thanks!

The dressing rooms are a big issue. There are more than one but the ladies were only opening one. It was pretty busy being a Saturday afternoon with six plus people waiting in line for said dressing room. Other than the rude staff I enjoyed the store. I purchased a few items and will return if ever in the area. Not to mention nothing in the store is over $10. Owners may want to get some workers that are friendly and like to be around people. Just a suggestion.

I…read morewill be honest...I shop mostly online these days and I don't have a lot of experience with outlet malls. But I was impressed with the beauty of this mall and the cleanliness of the streets. There were many stores and eateries to visit. The architecture was super cute and put me in mind of a little village. At the Coach store, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I even received a 10% off discount after telling the cashier it was my first visit with them. There was a bigger selection here than what was at my store back home and the value at the Coach store is always worth the cost, depending on what's purchased. Biloxi is always a fun trip and I would visit this outlet again for my shopping needs when I return.

They recently built few electric charging stations in north east end of the outlet. A few new stores have opened and few stores have closed but still have the signs up. A little misleading. Even the website says it still around. Hopefully, it will be updated or they are closed for renovations? I found out they do not offer a food court anymore. Bloomingdale's is there instead. I was baffled when I walked into Bloomingdale's outlet. I thought I made a mistake. That would explain why they have a few food trucks on south side of the outlet. They also renovated the playground. I am not sure if they expanded it too? Please let me know? They do offer free Wi-Fi. I am not sure how the speed is? Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a good deal! Great selection for all. I am sure they have a store for someone in your party. Easy access off the highway. I-10 and highway 49 south. Just take the first right off Creosote Road. While it…read moremay be more of a consignment shop than a traditional thrift store, it is exceptionally well arranged. The individual booths are thoughtfully laid out, giving vendors plenty of room to display their merchandise without making the store feel cluttered. The entire shop was clean and smelled wonderful when we walked in--not dusty or musty like some consignment stores can be. The owners were also very friendly and welcoming. The booths offered a great variety of quality merchandise, ranging from beautiful antiques to fun, kitschy pieces. We found some lovely pillows and a gorgeous metal wall decoration that we simply couldn't leave without! Prices were reasonable for the quality of the items, and most things appeared to be priced to sell. If you are searching for rock-bottom thrift-store bargains, this may not be the place for you. However, if you want attractive and distinctive pieces for decorating your home, Thriftique offers a wonderful selection of vintage and newer décor at reasonable prices. We will definitely visit again!

Hay was dropped off on a Sunday and asked to be cleaned and re-shaped. No paperwork given or processed quote and the "cleaning lady" wasn't there so was told the hat would be cleaned on Monday. My husband was called to come in because the "cleaner" they used made the hat worse and tried to say the cleaner sometimes makes the spots come out darker?!?!?! (But they would keep working on it) after a week they call to pick it up and said they could clean it and wouldn't charge us! After asking my they took the hat to be cleaned if they knew they couldn't clean it, they told us that we should have know they couldn't clean a felt Stetson hat and they "work 10hr days and cleaning hats isn't their only job!" (Even though they advertise a dedicated hat bar in their store with a cleaning service") when my husband told the lady it was an expensive hat and he wanted to speak to the owner, the lady told he "she knew how much his hat was". The owner called us today and proceeded to cuss my husband out on the phone and told him he wouldn't work with a "customer like us" and he was donating our hat to charity! We have already filed a BBB complaint...I regret not coming and looking at these reviews before even stepping foot into that store! He and his staff are the most rudest and disrespectful people I have ever encountered in the customer service/retail industry. Buyer beware!! Response to the owner-the only people causing chaos were your staff! There was no finger pointing or yelling by us, in fact the only people yelling were your staff, we never even raised our voices. I had to stop your staff multiple times from belittling my husband in front of the customers that were walking into your store so the only "chaotic situation" that was created was by your store! You all have mastered the art of deflection for sure...I will give you that! I also wish I had photos of the before so everyone could see the mess you all created. I can see by your overall yelp rating that I am not alone so I not worried about how you " feel" about our business.
