They were supposed to come to Inspect and then repair my roof. They never showed up. At 2:00 PM I texted to get a status update which they read at 2:14. Never even bothered to reach out to cancel or reschedule. If they can't do this part right it's probably a good idea to move onto a more reputable roofer. read more

The owner was very friendly and explained the job in detail when we got the quote. However, they left the job site in awful condition! We had our roof replaced and they left rust marks all over our driveway from their truck, left tar marks all over the side of the house and worst of all they left a HUGE gash in our stucco. When we tried to confront the owner about the issues he said "you just paint it". It obviously isn't a just paint it issue. The most frustrating part of the entire situation is when we tried to get ahold of them to have them come out and fix the issue it took over 10 reach outs and several no show meetings on his end and finally a call to our credit card company to even get the guy to show up at our house. They also left several spots unprotected while replacing the roof and we got water marks in multiple spots in our house. The owner just came to patch it with white paint and now we have to pay to have our entire ceiling repainted. Moral of the story. I wouldn't trust this company to do a single shingle repair on my house ever again. read more

Today was my last inspection. So gues what happened thanks God I have came the inspector shows walk around the house never pull the later from his truck to do his job as a inspector. Never did pick up the permit and left. I was so mad I call back the chief inspector he told me we don't inspect wet roof I laugh and told him my roof was done in 2 and ahalf hours on Saturday even my neighbor was surprised..any way . Than the chief said to me I am going to re sent the inspector back at that point my levels were super high. I told them his job was done if he put one foot in my property I will call the cops they never did. And like new people doing roof we didn't know what to do next so I ask the roof guy a question cause the first representative that came he told me don't worry we contact the insurance and take pictures so I was oh cool let's get this company. NOT. He was rude about that question. And one of the reviews say that the owner is rude that's is corect we are the client as a owner of a company you take it . Also I ask him to come to get his check by 6pm but than I wasn't sure what to do he couldn't wait one day that can call my insurance company. To see what we do next .we'll I have text from kirk saying iam in front of your house when I text him to give me till Tomorrow. He replied if I dond pay I put a lein on my house . What kind of business he run they are cheap but it comes with a problem at the end and port st Lucie should start doing better job and stop taking side we pay taxes and the job is not being delivered correctly. I have been trying to get Treasure Coast Roofing to close out my roof to no avail. They told me I was supposed to do it? Why would the homeowner have to file the completion paperwork? So I have an open commencement lean on my home. Trying to refinance my loan and can not get it done. Was told they sent the paperwork via ups which my mortgage company supplied them with the paid ups package. No where to be found. This has been going on since the beginning of December! After spending close to 10,000 for them just to "fix" our flat roof the roof continues to leak worse than ever. We had their best metal roof installed and it came out perfect, they also took pictures of the damage and sent them to me via text so I have a record of the damage for my insurance co. If I could give NO Stars I would, These guys put a roof on my house when it was first built in 2013, After 1 year it was leaking real bad, called them and at first stated it was only a 1 year warranty , I got them to come out and look and the tech said it had been leaking since it was first put on. They fixed it and did a real crappy job, They said they would come back after the first few storms to check it but never did, I called a few times with not even an answer or call back, Now, it is leaking again real bad, When I climbed in the attic to look because the ceiling is soaked, the woos they put in wasn't even nailed to a rafter.it was rotted beyond belief, I called again from a different number and he answered, Said he would send Ralph out to look, Yea Right!! I knew he wasn't going to show. I wouldn't even trust him to repair it anyway Crappy work, crappy customer service and crappy attitude is all you will get from Treasure Coast Roofing, Stay away like the plague!! Just reroofed my PSL home in January 2019. Lowest of four bidders and a pleasure to deal with. It was clearly their intent to make sure I was satisfied. Finished within one week and came in on budget. No overruns or change orders. I would recommend them highly to anyone and wouldn't let family members use anyone else. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this company and working with them. I bought a house with a serious leak on the back porch, actually flooded during a bad rain. I had the porch repaired, still flooded, drove the porch people crazy. Then they claimed the problem was the roof. I had one company come out and give me a repair price then when I got the money together they told me the price was going up, so had to wait to save more. I talked to another roofer that didn't seem to want to be bothered to come out. And contacted the "roofers who respond" and guess what, they didn't respond. (Thank God). Then I had a former co-worker that lives the next street over that just reroofed and used Treasure Coast Roofing and recommended I contact Troy. What a blessing it has been to deal with this company. Thank God there are companies that have professionals employed like Troy. Great guy all around and I am thankful he came so highly recommended, I have had nothing but problems trying to find contractors thru Angies List and Home Advisor. Absolutely worthless, most companies must be out of business, no response. The entire process with Treasure Coast Roofing has been the best experience I've had with a contractor in Florida. My first home being built in Jupiter Farms in 1980, PSL in 1989. At the end of the project, the price was exactly as quoted, not a penny more.
