Spa is immaculate owner along with the other young lady are amazing for great customer service and you have a myriad of workouts along with the benefit of the infrared light. It is kind of pricey. I pay $68 a month and you need to give 60 day notice for contract. The $68 only gets you one location or it is $86 a month. Regardless, it is a wonderful workout opportunity. We walked in and they have your names on a marker board, and you select either your rower or treadmill number you wish to start on and you are greeted by your coach right before your class starts. The class was absolutely amazing, and was what we love experiencing in OTF classes. The class was very good, challenging, and was a great workout. The coach was great, and studio was also new and very clean. We look forward to returning the next time we're in Vero Beach!

The class was the perfect intensity for me as a newbie and anything that was too challenging could be modified to accommodate me. If you are more advanced or in better shape you could easily tailor the circuit and add more weight or do more challenging variations as needed. Coach Kelsey gave me a bunch of tips and feedback as I was working in order to make sure my form was sufficient and made sure the weights and variations were appropriate for my skill level. As an introvert I felt extremely comfortable and got one of the best workouts of my life! Also, I see people mention the A/C on here for not just this gym but others too (christis, vero fitness) These people are probably working out around the busiest time of the day after work (more people more body heat). When we work out we generate even more heat, and the poor A/C can only keep up so much! Either put up with it, or go during a less populated time!!! It's for all gyms!!!

After patronizing this gym for 25 years, new owners and Mngt. definatly made a difference…read more I had stage 4 cancer after a massive 12 Lb. spleenectomy. Then Covid hit. Nothing has ever stopped me from my workout. But I had to adhere to Doctors orders so NO gym's for awhile... fortunatly, we live in Fl. :) I phoned this facility and they said they understood, no problem. Which is ultimatly the only acceptable answer here. 2 weeks later I recieved a letter from thier collection agency. Really? I noticed a heavy blog man ( distaseful false media posts) there with his wife actually instructing Zumba classes to seniors shortly after they blogged they had Covid! The heavy man was blowing hos nose in a wet towel around his neck. UG... Beware... Lots of ego here.
