First one got sent with so much damage, it was not worth putting together. As I had not inspected it within thier "store policy" time they refused to engage with just sending me whole new one, and wanted to wait until the couier accepted damage. They then wanted me to go thru the very large boxes one by one and ID all the damage when I told them what we saw in the first box was not worth looking at rest. You cannot call the complaints staff to discuss only sales accepts calls, they dont have phones apparently. They refuse to put you thru. Only when I raised a commerce commission complaint did they send a new one, and take the old one. A very large 5 door wardrobe had not one peice numbered, so it massively added to the complication to figure out what when were, so basic but not done. And screws and fixing were all mixed together, about 500 gramms of it, so that all needed to be manually sorted out. Dont go there team, avoid.

There are some secondhand clothes hanging up in the store kind of as an afterthought, but I couldn't see any prices on them. The whole time I was there I was being watched very closely by one of the people working there, which made me uncomfortable. Can't say I'm in a hurry to go back to this one.

I love the feel of fresh cotton sheets and I would happily stock my entire linen cupboard with their sheet sets but unfortunately, most of their crisp colours and designs don't quite work with my bedroom furniture. Now if I had a batch or a country cottage, then this is definitely where I would pick up my linen. I like the versatility of their reversible designs and the fresh sea-side cottage feel they seem to create. Wallace Cotton products don't come cheap but they are worth every penny.

They are the extroverts of furniture. Nothing quiet and meekish here. The huge beds in particular gave off a Bollywood or Hollywood flavour. I was looking at the dining suites out of personal interest and they did have a large selection, I admired, but that was all, bank balance doesn't quite allow for shopping here at the moment, another day. The website link on their business card doesn't actually include their location details in Henderson for some reason, but I can assure everyone reading this that it does exist, I was in there personally! I recommend at least having a browse in one of the stores when shopping for large furniture that will offer that extra touch of style.
