My emails are always answered in an extremely timely manner and if my specialist is going to be out of the office, she always makes sure I have a way to get help with any needs that arise. She had confidently told me she could complete my project within 7 days, but it ended up taking her over a month. I understand life happens, but she never communicated throughout the process that there would be delays. It took me persistently emailing her first to finally receive a rough draft of my resume and cover letter. After confirming all the information was correct, I never received an email with the finalized proofread copies. I had to take it upon myself to proofread and edit everything. When I communicated my concerns and dissatisfaction with service, she offered no solution or partial refund and has never followed up with me since. I still feel sick paying the $500 for pretty mush nothing. Lesson learned.
