I had intended to rent an e-bike but they were concerned that my bike rack was not certified to carry the weight of the ebike. They did a search for my rack but could not find it and we agreed we would just rent a regular pedal bike. I appreciate their concern and ability to accommodate my change in bike rentals. They ended up showing up with one limo due to a "limo emergency", we packed into the limo and then the front of it started smoking so we could not ride it. Luckily we had a feeling it would go bad due to the lack of communication with them so we were ready with other cars. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could give him 5 stars, but unfortunately, the driver he sent, was very late and personally did not produce the same professionalism as the owner (I'll refrain from going into more detail). I'm not sure if he has drivers on call that he usually uses or if he has to pull them from other places/ companies, but with the driver, it was not a good experience. Overall, I would still recommend his business, and hopefully he can find better help in the future.

Ms. Mabel is the sweetest and kindest person I've ever met. She was so kind and just an all-around funny person to be around. The ride was so smooth and enjoyable. It takes a special person to do what she does, and she is fantastic at it. This woman was a God sent on this trip. She is very professional, neat and cares about her job.

The transportation we needed was not a particularly easy job--it involved a lot of coordination among the three drivers and the ability to adapt quickly as the weather caused us to alter plans while the vans were en route to the venue. Mr. Williams had come out to the property twice prior to the event to really understand what was needed for the job and was able to adapt as needed and ensure everyone arrived safely and promptly. Transporting the guests could have easily become a major problem and it went smoothly because of Mr. Williams' quick thinking and communication with his team and the guests. He and his crew were professional and friendly and we can't thank them enough for the incredible job they did!
