Seamless organisation by ground staff at all locations. At times we felt like royalty as we were whisked through crowds, got the inside view and learnt from locals keen to share their local treasures and special places. I had to chase them up for that. Then they sold me wrong package. Even I had to go there in person to correct the dates. It is been more than two months now and they are not refunding my remaining balance.
