She acted like we were bothering her, cutting off our sentences and was very harsh no matter how pleasant we tried to be towards her. It left a bad taste in our mouth and was not the memory we wanted towards this beautIful city. Do not recommend!!

The front desk people are not friendly, the hot water was cut off at night, we had to carry our luggages upstairs without elevator by ourselves. And finding their parking lot took almost one hour for me. Check out is 10AM, and not negotiable. It is more like youth hostel, but not the price. So if you need some help from the hotel staff, this is not your place.
