Herzstück unseres Restaurants in Ratingen ist unser Chefkoch Martin. Erleben Sie ihn in Aktion! Nach einer klassischen Ausbildung in der Hotelgastronomie arbeitete Martin über viele Jahre in gehobenen Restaurants in und um Düsseldorf. In 2018 schließlich entschloss er sich, seine kulinarische Kreativität in einem eigenen Restaurant auszuleben. Kochen ist sein Leben und davon werden Sie schnell überzeugt sein. Es sind insbesondere zwei Dinge, die Martin am Herzen liegen: Frische und abwechslungsreiche Speisen sowie die Kreation einer gemütlichen und freundlichen Atmosphäre wie daheim.
