Would be better if it was 0 stars…read more After ringing to book a taxi at noon on Thursday for 12.20 pm to take me to the hospital for a day procedure I was extremely agitated at 12.35 when it still hadn't turned up. I rang again only to hear the woman I was speaking to keep saying the computer wasn't letting her get in. I hung up and drove myself, passing at least 5 taxi's sitting there doing nothing at the rank. My blood was boiling. Being not allowed to drive home, they called me a taxi. I waited at least 30 mins out in the cold. Finally gave in to phone them again. Meanwhile a lovely nurse offered to drive me home which I gratefully accepted. Get your act together taxi's!! Not impressed.

No one bothered to let us know until I phone them at 7.50 asking where the taxi was. Their taxi licence should be suspended.
