We made 2 pm appointment on Friday move from Prenzlauerberg to Kreuzberg, Berlin and Transportcan asked me to remind him 2 hours before the appointment time. On Friday Dec. 1, I called him at 12 noon, he asked me to postpone till 230pm, I told him I have an appointment late afternoon and a 230pm Friday pick up will be stuck in Berlin Friday traffic for hours so please come latest at 2pm, he said fine. He did not come so I called him and he said 230pm arrival, then at 230pm I called him again, he said his collegue will come soon. I told him I hired him not someone else then he said he is at Sbahn now. At this point, I was afraid I will be waiting all day with no show. Since he charges per hour, I was afraid that his plan was come later during the heavy traffic hour and sit in the traffic for hours and charge me for it. So I called him back and cancelled and he said fine and hung up. I thought if he was really on the way, he would have said I am almost there, can you wait, so I think his plan was not even not to show up. It was very disappointing to tell my friends who waited since 130pm to help me and organize the move. So now I have to find another mover! read more

Excellent service, for a very good price. Really helpful, reliable and punctual person. I had to transport a couch and it wasn't an easy job, I had no one to help me, but luckily the person from Transportcan helped a lot and I managed to solve the whole thing in less than two hours. The price is better than the averagr Möbel taxi, also no hidden charges like I heard in many cases. I am really grateful I found this firma and it had time for my moving the day I needed it.
