Every employee embodies the belief system that Alan has inspired and instilled since the doors were open!!! They stand behind every product they display and offer for purchase!!! They have probably one of the best repair technicians on the East Coast, even their parts department manager is INCREDIBLE, as long as you have the model number he can order you ANYTHING!!!!! unless you purchased there and then he'll be kind enough To look up the model!!!! Folks I know the temptation is there to look at a big box store, but TRUST ME THROUGH THE YEARS I USE TO COMPETITIVE PRICE AND COME TO THE SAME CONCLUSIO, FLICKS HAD THE QUALITY AND SELECTION WITH VALUE PRICING!!!! On the rare occasion there was a $20 or $30 difference, it was a no brainer to deal with Flicks, they even deliver!!! And if you want a screaming deal, ask their salesperson to show you the scratch and dent room in rear of the Amazing showroom, 2 years ago I purchased a $4000 refrigerator with minor scuffs for $2200!!! Try Flicks, you'll never purchase appliances anywhere else!!! God Bless!!-Tony
