Terrible customer service
We paid £30 for you to send an empty plastic art container being returned as a courtesy to our very kind friends in Serbia.
This has been ridiculously difficult and time consuming your agents tried to obtain £100 for delivery from the recipient under false pretenses. Clearly there cannot be customs duties an taxes for return of an own item.
Instead of trying in any way to resolve the matter you have been confrontational and unhelpful and instead of refunding the fee for the service you did not provide you are now adding insult to injury by threatening more fees to discard to item!
This is just a return of someone else's original property that has very little to no value.
Your forms were difficult to complete as there was no free format text to explain exactly what was being sent.
I would like my money back which was paid using my Barclays Visa Debit card. The delivery charge was more than the item was worth, but I was trying to be considerate to my friends parents.
The account holder is retired and is finding the situation very stressful. I am so upset you are putting her through this, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
UPDATE
I have now heard from the account holder that you want £70 for holding the item, which is not our fault and an additional £20 for disposing of it. This proves to me that your company are determined to extort another £100 from us the same as you tried to obtain the money from the recipient. This is unacceptable behaviour for an alleged global company. read more
