There is so much to look at and the folks working there were super friendly and put up with all of my questions. I wanted to head back in the next day but my flight left earlier than I thought so I wasn't able to return. If you return an item for any reason - even if defective - the store will refuse to provide a refund to the credit card used. Their "procedure", I was informed, is to only give a store credit that you can use for other merchandise. If you can not find other items for your purpose, you are out of luck. You are stuck with an unusable store credit. If they relent after much argument, you must come back another day after management and accounting approvals are obtained on paper. Literally, a shopping nightmare. At a time when businesses are trying to gain and keep clients, this archaic attitude is totally unacceptable. Remember that you can take your claim to your credit card company.
