The work also comes with a 10-year warranty, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The entire project was completed within 5 days, exactly as promised in the contract. We shopped around for weeks, received so many quotes, then Ivan finally hit our budget with fair and honest pricing. He was communicative and efficient. He even recommended another subcontractor to clean up our landscaping (Roque, who was also very fairly priced). He placed a brand new foundation, reinforcing rebar, and a sweet gate (chef's kiss).
