Almost 10 years ago we decided to construct a huge pond in our back garden. When we planned to do this we never anticipated the fact that our pond would need a miracle in order for us to be able to see our fish! Within the first few months our water gradually began to go pea green, a problem which would only get worse as we soon discovered! As our pond is very wide and shallow we knew it would be very difficult to rectify the ever-detriating problem, that was before we met Rick Tutass from Tranquil Water Gardens. Before Rick worked his magic, we had tried several methods from several suppliers, none of them proving successful or showing any sign of improvment. After months of trying without even a glimmer of hope we came to the point where we simply thought the problem couldn't be resolved, until our luck changed. While browsing in a garden centre one day we spoted what seemed to be the answer to our problem. We talked to a sales assistant and we were shocked with the unreasonable price we were quoted. We decided against the product because of the huge cost and the poor service they provided. Shortly after this, we came across Rick. We explained our situation and he was very happy to help us. The price he quoted us was incredably cheaper than what had been quoted in the garden centre. The service he provided was second to none. Within three days he arrived at our house to take measurments and check which system would best suit our pond. The very next day he arrived with the system ready to go. He had it set up and working within a week. After only two weeks the difference was remarkable and within a month the water was miraculously clear! We couldn't believe it! We could see our beautiful, colourful fish again and our lovely green plants. We were even more shocked when we seen how easy it was to maintain. There is so little to do once it is installed professionally. Today, the result speaks for itself. Our pond was transformed from a dirty green environment to a beautiful tranquil scene with crystal clear water. The water is this clear in both summer and winter. The result is really remarkable, Rick did a superb job and really did change our fish's lives!
