We were taken back immediately and seated next to each other. The room was decorated nicely. It was not relaxing as other clients were walking in on their cell phones. I am not quite sure what was going on, but it was not a massage. I asked the therapist to decrease the pressure five times. The motions were haphazard, chaotic and not resembling any massage I've ever had. I saw no indication of training or certification on the wall. The therapist did not speak English as the other therapist needed to translate "lighter pressure please". He did understand "ouch that hurts". I cut the massage short and told the English speaking therapist that I was unable to relax because "this hurt". He seemed to not care as he did not respond. I will not return to this business. I would not recommend this business based upon my experience and that of my friend.
