My parents have booked every holiday they have taken with him over the past ten years and not once have they had a complaint about the service. It's great that as he has got to know them beter he can now recommend places he thinks they would like to visit, and can often get them a brilliant deal on their holiday. I'm planning to go away in October and it will be here I go to for a last minute deal. Can't wait for some last minute sun shine I think I need it after the summer here.
