I gave them $4000 as a down payment. By November 22, I still didn't have a temporary fence and was told that the aluminum was back ordered and that they were going to keep my $4000 until the spring. I was okay with that, but I still needed my temporary fence. They kept putting me off and putting me off - next week, next week, then the first of December, then later in December stating how busy they were. I finally asked for a refund so I could hire another fence company. Here's what they texted me: "You should be thankful that someone is willing to give you any temp fence at all considering it was free of charge. Don't bother calling back when you don't 'here' from other fence companies on receiving a free temp fence." If you write a review, "I'll be sure to follow up with whatever garbage you make up and post online." Sorry, Croix Area Fence, I don't give my money to companies who are this rude to customers.
