Wow, the most amazing service from Rebecca and the team at Trail Journeys. I rang up to enquire about renting bikes and the shuttle for the Dunstan Lake trail from Cromwell to Clyde, for the next morning. Rebecca was all positive, despite having a full booking load (xmas holiday season), and managed to accommodate us.
The ebikes we rented were very good quality, one of the best we've rented so far on our travels. The staff were good at kitting us out, and the shuttle to the start in Cromwell was clean and the van driven safely.
Best of all? Their prices are really competitive. NZD$99 for a whole day ebike rental, plus one-way shuttle. Anyone doing the Lake Dunstan cycle trail, I highly recommend checking out Trail Journeys.
