Services very so so and, every city you go, there are always additional charges and sales pitches. For example, when visiting Paris you need to pay extra for Louvre; the London tour was simply a 3 hour bus ride around.
Because Trafalgar seems to have sub-contracted many cities to individuals or agents (charted buses or carrying different logos), the overall experience was less personal, full of reminders for tipping by every tour guide, additional charges (e.g., for airport transfer if you are leaving on a different date than the tour finishing date and, unfortunately, all major attractions).
