Soo this is my favorite store ! I come get pretty much everything . This is like my go to when I have some extra cash lol I love everything in here from food to wines . Food is always fresh and organized . They should do more tasting of products though but other than that it's a fav of mine . Love the affordable prices on flowers and food .

I love this place and wish it was closer to me. I only picked up a few things this visit. I love that everything is so fresh, and I always find some new snacks to try. . I love their ready meal rosemary chicken and wild rice. And the white chocolate ginger pretzels. I didn't get it this visit because I already had them, but the frozen blueberry waffles and plantain chips are delicious Spring is here, so of course I got flowers for my island. Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful.

Can you not love Trader Joe's? Or Traders like my friends and I call it. Trader Joe's is a remarkable place with great grocery items, wellness products, food, and other household items. I've frequented several locations around the Houston area, however, this location is my favorite. For obvious reasons or maybe not. It's conveniently located in the area, customer service is good, and it's rarely packed to capacity with people. I do not like crowded shopping spaces. No ma'am and no sir! I'm past due for a shopping trip to Trader Joe's, but I'll be changing that soon. There are so many favorites here. I'll be back one day or maybe not with some of them? Either way- "Traders" is the place to be and the place for me. Go buy some stuff.

Greatest thing this side of town! I feel that no matter what sort of diet I'm into they have my stuff & the best price vs other grocers, for example baby arugula only 2$ for an 8oz bag is ridiculous, normally closer to 4$, which adds up when u eat a lot. There are lots of health conscious things for the best price vs ALL other grocers in town (aside from Aldi but they don't have quite all the specialty things TJ does) like grass fed grass finished beef sticks (newest discovery, totally clean too), fish oil (good EPA/DHA/omega3ratio & odorless), European style cheeses like manchego/Gouda/feta; nuts, for which they have them ALL. Seaweed, olive oil, pasture-raised eggs, kefir, SHISHITOS! Cayenne, tahini, almond Kringle, even best price on kimchi! So even tho there aren't many locations, it's worth the drive if you want to save & have healthy foods (or junk too!)

Parking sucks here, but I guess that's the magic of Trader Joe's. The line moves really quick and even at lunch time on a Friday it wasn't as crowded as most stores get. Of course I always fall victim to I only came for a couple things and ended up with a shopping cart, lol. The frozen section is one not to be overlooked. They have amazing products. Pizzas are so good. Ice creams come in such unique flavors like ube and green tea. And you can't skip the snack isle. You can find things you can't find anywhere else. Coming here is like an amusement park for foodies.

The parking lot is small. But a parking garage is behind the store.

The produce was well organized, and there were several employees restocking the shelves as we shopped. For this week, I wanted to get ingredients to make California rolls, Banh Mi, Beef Pho, Spring Rolls, and Hot Pot, and was able to find all of the ingredients I needed here except for the French baguette for the banh mi. However, since it's right across the street from an HEB, it wasn't a major inconvenience. We also picked up some pantry items like snacks, tea, and instant ramen, and they had a really good selection of items to choose from. Overall, I'm happy to have anotrrrhueuoyroyoutoutoor Asian grocery store in the Katy area to choose from, and the prices are comparable to 99 Ranch and Hmart. Since they recently opened, the store is not super crowded right now either so it's a great spot to do some weekend shopping for the time being!

I had an extremely poor curbside experience at this location…read more I placed a curbside order scheduled for pickup between 1-2 PM. At 9:00 AM, the app showed my order as "ready" and indicated that my organic whole milk had been substituted, but it did not list what the substitution was. I also realized I needed to add one more item, so I attempted to call the store. I called the store over 10 times throughout the morning and no one answered. Because the order showed as ready, I went to the store to pick it up. Upon arrival, I again called curbside -- no answer. I was forced to go inside, which defeats the entire purpose of curbside pickup. The store was nearly empty of customers. Several employees were standing around; one was eating. I spoke to a person who appeared to be a manager and explained that I had been calling all morning with no response. There was no apology or urgency. I was directed to another employee who appeared confused by the order. When I asked what my milk had been substituted with, I was told 2% milk, which made no sense given that I ordered whole milk. When I asked why it wasn't substituted with another whole milk, there was no explanation. I was then told that whole milk was out of stock. I personally went to the milk section and found the shelf fully stocked with whole milk. I brought it back and showed the employee. He said it "must have just been restocked," yet no one had bothered to check before making the substitution. I was then told that nothing could be changed or added to my order, and that if I wanted additional items I would need to place an entirely new order -- while standing in an almost empty store. At that point, I was told I could place another order and the employee could shop it, which completely defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. I paid over $140 for a small order, received incorrect substitutions, could not reach anyone by phone, had to walk into the store anyway, and still could not get basic service or flexibility. For the prices Sprouts charges, this level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I will not be shopping at Sprouts again.

What I don't see from Spouts anymore, or any Sprouts are the self serve hot soups. When it comes to produce and veggies, these cost a little more or sometimes the same price as HEB. But Sprouts' interior design looks much better than HEB.

My four star rating is for Derek in the money services. I purchased a gift card last October and…read moregifted it in November. Fast forward to January. My person reached out and could not use it. Went to the store and was told they can't help and call this number. Over 2 hours on hold back and forth only to be told to back to the store. I had all my receipts, the card and emails from Kroger corporate and the gift card company - black hawk network. At first Derek said they couldn't help. But after reading the emails and making a few phone calls, he made it right. I am so happy because I would have been out of 200.00 as I had replaced the gift card to the recipient. Thank you Derek for helping me. Long story short, lots of scams out there on gift cards but be persistent to get the resolution you deserve. Also check the gift card packaging carefully.

I live in Katy. My go to stores are HEB and Kroger. Kroger is easiest to get to from our house…read more Beware of Kroger meat department. It's not necessarily the local store. Awhile back I bought a package of pork chops. When I opened it up at home the top chop was nice, but underneath the other five pieces were not even chops. Four were 'kind of' pork steaks but mostly bone. The last one was all bone with a fringe of pork around it. Lesson learned; for pork chops I go to HEB. In the meat case my Kroger used to carry Nolan Ryan prime ribeye, they don't now, so now I buy steaks at HEB. Last straw. I bought a Heritage Farm whole chicken at Kroger because my granddaughter wanted beer can chicken for Christmas dinner. I opened the package to brine the chicken tonight, Christmas Eve, and the chicken was sliced stem to stern down one side exposing one side of the breast and the leg quarter flapping loose. If you have ever done beer can chicken you will understand the problem. It's Christmas Eve!! Have to go with it, maybe I'll try to sew the skin back together?? Lesson learned, I don't buy meat at Kroger.
