Terrible attitude! She was working a popular event that takes place during the fall months and involving pumpkins. She snatched my son's hand from a sample balloon he touched while he asked how he could get one and she didn't think I saw it. You could see the hurt and fear in his eyes. Before I confront her about what I saw, she yelled, "I didn't touch your child!" I confronted her about it and how she was yelling at the other kids who had money to pay...she only did this when the kids ran up to her table ahead of the adults...like mine did. Terrible! I usually support small businesses but NO WAY will I support anyone who mistreats children. She has no people skills and does not interact with adults either. Beware! One balloon she made a little girl popped not 10 seconds after making it, which scared the child. She did remake it but did not offer any apology or reassurance to the child nor the mother standing there who paid her $25 for several balloons...I witnessed this as I was waiting to tell her and show her she would not get ANY of my money. Beware of anyone who is rude to innocent children. Update from 12 hrs of posting this review: I received an online message attempting to intimidate me after leaving this business review. I stand behind my truthful review. Like I said BEWARE. read more

Tracy provided a great balloon experience at our local Holloway Honeypot festival in Cedartown, GA. She also was an awesome social director at Coosa Valley Nursing and Rehab where my mom was. She has the ability to adapt to any age, building confidence and sharing love! read more

We seen balloon Tracy at the strawberry festival in cullman. My kids enjoyed watching all the neat balloons she made, I think my son's favorite was the fishing pole. Highly recommend. She is so sweet. All 3 of my kids got a balloon and was the happiest kiddos ever read more

My kids absolutely enjoyed getting a balloon from Mrs Tracy. She does amazing work. My 3 yr old got a butterfly bracelet, my son got a sword, my oldest got fairy wings. They were so happy and she is the absolute sweetest read more
