I gave her some general info, e.g great FICO, credit report, salary 5X the rent. No response. After a few days, I texted and emailed again, asking if the property was available. After 2 weeks, I finally called the main office by finding their number on google. I spoke to Carolyn who said the property was still available. I was told that the agent would get back to me. Later that day Carolyn said that she tried to reach Jackie 6 times without response. The next day I was told Jackie was sick but she would get back to me. No response. I called Carolyn back and was told she would reach out to Jackie again and let me know when I could tour. I was told to apply on their direct website, not zillow. That night, the listing was taken off the website so I couldn't apply. I was told that Jackie had given a tour one week prior -- even though I had been contacting her for 2 weeks -- and probably would offer it to that person. I respect that they can choose who they want. Few things though: 1. It clearly was not done first come first served 2. the company agent does not respond quickly to inquiries 3. I would be VERY hesitant re: this company in regards to requests for repairs, etc. 4. All I requested was a text indicating if the place was available or should I move on. I did not get the decency of a reply text. 5. Carolyn gest 5 stars. Jackie gets negative stars, if possible. Bad manners from viewpoint. As a rental property owner, I would not use them for my tenants because I have no confidence that they would be responsive to the needs of my tenants.
