"2" year old dog: This dog was promoted to be ye o years old in perfect condition with no health issues. After adoption, we find out that she has lymes disease and she was actually five years old. They were not clear about any of this and I felt extremely scammed out of my money. After calling, they basically said they knew about it and now it was our responsibility to take her to the vet. 2 year-old cat: SUPER cute and cuddly animal who was drawn to me the moment I walked in the door. I loved her to death, but we noticed that she had some health issues. We asked them about it over FIVE times and they changed the topic every single time. Now we have a cat who may have parasites within her. I called back and once again, it's our responsibility to take care of her now. I love animals and I love non-kill animal shelters. But, unless you want a puppy, look elsewhere for adoption. I recently adopted a cat from a humane society in Columbus and it was the best experience ever. DO NOT ADOPT here if you want anything OTHER than a puppy. Save yourself some time and money, because they let animals suffer and expect you to pay for the full price after adoption.

I purchased a night stand a very long time that I still use. I stopped by to check for a mattress pad. I found a two inch memory foam cover for $60. It has a ten year warrantee. I hope to make the couch bed more comfortable;) I also found some dried fruit for snacking reasonably priced. Check out was pretty quick. It was a Sunday morning so they only had one cashier. She was friendly! I wish I had longer to check out the entire store as you never know what great deals you might find at Big Lots!

Been calling daily and said they called the lab and they would be here on January 21 2020. Called on January 23 not in. Called on 24 and they r saying it will be another week. What kind of operation is this place. I will never go back as I am sick of the excuses. Can't believe what they say. I can say that I will never return

I'm traveling and forgot my flat iron. I was pleased to find a Remington flat iron that can be used on both wet and dry hair for only $20. I purchased and tried it today. Worked great! I would highly recommend this product and for the price you can't beat it! While standing in line to purchase my items, the customer in front of me had a buggy full of toys. She told me she couldn't beat the price. That's how I found out about the sale. So I brought my parents back today so we could purchase toys for my great niece and nephews. I spent $42, and bought four toys. This is the cheapest I've ever gotten away with spending for toys. First, I had to wait on her for a solid 10 minutes in an empty store during a heat wave. I had a lot on my mind. When she finally appeared to assist the sick cashier with a menial task, I misspoke. She was already clearly rubbed the wrong way, and that just shifted her into a different level of rude. She began ignoring my transaction-related questions, rolling her eyes and sighing, put my change on the counter, and spoke down to me. Regardless of whether or not I'm inconveniencing her, even for a second longer, should ~not~ have been evident in this "leader's" behavior. I will do all I can to avoid this conveniently located Family Dollar due to this manager's behavior. I will be be spreading the word. I want her leadership to know. An additional note: I managed to purchase a candle from this person, and it didn't even have a lid. She's not being distracted from quality assurance, it would seem...
