The first bite was like getting punched in the face with every flavor you could ever want to taste. Biting into the fries was like eating pure happiness. The service was so fantastic. My family and I live in Florida and knew she would be passing soon but not exactly when. I called around 230pm on July 21, 2021. Asked if it was possible to get a dozen red roses out to my grandma the same day. Grandma has ALWAYS loved Red Roses. I understood I was pushing it but I just had to ask. The gentleman I spoke with said he'd send his driver that way. My grandma did get her roses. Her nurse put under her nose and had grandma feel it. Her nurse also said who the roses were from. Grandma passed away at 7pm. Thanks to florist and driver, grandma got her roses just in time. It means the whole world to me that she got them!! It was such a last minute order and Holtschlag Florest came through. THANK YOU

However the owner foot the bill for what im going to call the shop mascot "Peaches" who has been against the odds this whole time. but between my coworkers and I determination and the Vet she has made it to the week mark! 3 visits and a stay currently but she is a fighter and everyone one at work is rooting for her but most of all the Clinic has been amazing and fighting for her too! The underdogs usually get the quick and simple treatment but staff has given her a fighting chance and we all know we did everything possible to give this cat a second chance! Recommend 1000%

We saw Dr Robinson and loved his caring way with my boy. Now all my pets have been to this clinic. I'm extremely pleased with their treatment! The prices are reasonable too! This is the place if you want caring Vets, assistants, a front desk staff that really listens to you when make appointments, and great treatment for your fur babies! They make you feel like family!

We couldn't bring her in, we couldn't get near her. The office kept tabs on us, doctor calling us himself, comforting us, guiding us through until she was her same sweet self again & we called saying she was fine. This is above & beyond care nowadays.
