My husband got SARS 2 in July one day before I did. This was on Saturday. He had normal fever and…read morechills, and I contracted it the day after with the same symptoms. I wasn't real worried because one week prior I had acquired Ivermectin from a local pharmacist and had acquired HCQ online over a year prior. Hubby got tested for SARS 2 the following Wednesday with positive rating. We both immediately took our first dose of Ivermectin. I called my physician to set up a telemed appointment wherein he ordered monoclonal antibodies, zithromiacin, and steroids. By that time, I didn't test positive, so no antibodies for me. Called Hubby's physician and their response was quite different.---The doctor is only doing telemed with his Medicare recipients and following the CDC protocol with other patients. Stay home, and if your oxygen level goes below 85F, go to the ER. That's what everyone else is doing to treat.--- I was astounded! What a lie! Talk about patient-centered or compassionate care. Tried to get Hubby to change doctors, but he won't. I am so glad I had prepared, and we had already begun weeks prior taking zinc, D3, C, aspirin. I chill at the prospect of what would have happened had I not prepared. Terrible treatment.
