The outlets on one side weren't working and the mini splits are showing error messages. It's 2024 April, now. I flew out here to fix the problem in person, because trying to get an electrician when out of the state is a problem. Had to call another electrical company to come diagnose and repair the issue. It turns out, Rodney and crew left a huge mess, with hot wires all over the attic, and things were not connected. This is a huge fire hazard - this place could have burned down! The new electrician said Rodney screwed me over, big time. I can't believe I paid thousands of dollars to get him to do the electricity for this place, and they did such a poor job. We're taking photos and documenting everything, and will update my review with them. I have no idea how my units passed electrical inspection. I am filing a claim with the BBB, state licensing board- you name it. This company should not be in business, and I want to spare other consumers from the same fate.

One of the ceiling fans was wobbly. I called and asked if they could come out and check it because it should be under warranty as it's been less than two months. The lady on the phone was polite and professional scheduled me quickly for a couple of days later this week. They had an opening today the same day I called and were able to get someone out and take care of it. The electrician and his apprentice also polite and professional. My fan does not wobble. I don't hold the wobble against them because it could happen to anyone they owned up to it and took care of it. If we need an electrician again, Above and Beyond it the top of my list. Very happy with the service 100% recommend them.

I had pd by the pound with my old company the year prior because they said I needed more Freon. It's not cheap. Two years prior the older company just said this is the south it gets humid as the excuse. The Comfortable technician discovered the previous company had put too much Freon in our unit and was causing the issues and affecting our bill. He let out some and the humidity problem has been gone now for 2 years. That tech has moved on but Cody did our annual this year and everything was good to go. So for 2 years of consistent good service and no up charge BS games, i absolutely will continue to call them and recommend to others.

The unit is super quiet and efficient. The unit that quit on me was 45 years old (the old girl was just worn out). The crew the Jamie brought with him were top notch and worked like a well choreographed unit and all were knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how it should be accomplished.
