Gave this place a try and regret it. It took three people to do a simple nail style/set, the shape is not what i asked for, the length is much shorter than requested, and it took nearly two and half hours FOR A SIMPLE SET. They refused to deduct the price due to poor service/quality and said it was final despite my complete lack of satisfaction of their work. Even after offering to pay more than half (which was still too much) just to get out of there they said i couldn't leave. I didn't know what to do. Im pretty sure the cops could be called for that. The manager was not on site leaving me no option but to pay for something i did not like and did not ask for (and they took so long i was the last customer in there past closing) They were turning off the lights before i even had the final buff before the top coat and cuticle oil. I do appreciate the initial hospitality and the renovation looks nice but this was a horrible experience and would not recommend for assured quality customer care. As a former investigator for the state, I've never had a concern about this nail shop. I always go here, and I am picky. The employees are friendly, meticulous, and do great work. It's always spotless and I can expect the same great service, no matter who I get for my manicure or pedicure. These are necessities. In addition, I had my granddaughter with me last time and they catered to her, as well. read more

Horrible! I went in there to have my gel finger nail polish removed and new regular polish put on. The owner lady basically shaved the top of my nails off. My nails are now paper thin and 8 of MY REAL nails are broke back so far they bleed. I used to have nice beautiful real nails now my nails just hurt. Horrible place I would not recommend anyone getting their nails done here! read more

The first few times I went it was amazing but this last time wasn't so hot. I got shellac(nail polish that stays on for a long time) on my nails and within 4 days it was already chipping. This place is not for you if you speak Chinese and they don't know it they talked about how they hate white people and their iPhones and all this mean things then I finally said when we left goodbye and by the way I speak Spanish and they said I'm so sorry we didn't know! This place is amazing! The ladies that work in this shop are super friendly and go above and beyond with attention to detail. I'm used to having an oscar the grouch type work on my nails, but they are sweet and easy to talk to. The lady that did my pedicure even did some cute little designs on my toes. They have a lot to choose from but she just got creative and I loved it! The shop is clean and they actually do everything they are supposed to do with your mani/pedi. I even smudged my toenails after I left (wore the wrong shoes) but called and they fixed it no questions asked. This was my first time here but certainly not my last. TP Nails is my jam! read more

I went to the salon today, and had Holly as my lady, she was phenomenal. I got a "shellac" French Tip manicure, and I could not be more pleased. I also added the hot paraffin wax, and she went beyond that with massaging my shoulders, neck, face, and head while the wax cooled. I will be going back,,,,,,, read more

I felt rushed the entire time when they were not even busy. They painted my nails sloppy and there was still paint on my skin. I asked her if she could remove it and she replied with "it will come off in the shower". I won't be back. read more
