They claimed my credit was not good enough which is why they got a rate of 3.99% for me at RBC bank. I have an excellent credit score that goes between 710 to 720. The only reason why my credit score goes down is because of the credit checks. The dealer also Included the transport charges and other charges for a used Demo car. I tried to resolve with them amicably but the two Assistant Sale Manager (Real Tetreault and Hugo Lalonde). I spoke with treated me so badly. Real Tetreault said he order the car to be sold as new and he said he did not want to be mean. While he maintains a cold look and a condescending attitude. Hugo Lalonde called my witness  "Arrogant". My witness spoke on my behalf because I could not explain well. My witness asks why he insists a demo car is a new car. He also walked away disrespectfully from the meeting when I pointed out that calling my witness "Arrogant" is unkind and not nice. The sales Agent Sebastien Bouchard kept insisting that a demo car is a new car and never took responsibility for the misled misrepresentation of calling a Demo car a new car on my contract. The accessories on the car are used accessories and were not my choice since Sebastien Bouchard claimed is mandatory and is written on the website that is sold with the car. The Sales agent kept telling me and my witness that a Demo car of 3367KM is a new car. The $2000 I negotiated with the Sales Agent Sebastian Bouchard to remove from the sale price. He never removed it from the final sales price on the contract. The General Sales Director is horrible. His name is Frederic Clermont. He hang up the phone on me and he would not let me talk and explain how badly I was treated by his other employees. It took a couple of back and forth tweets with Toyota Canada before he felt is necessary to call me. He called and his call did not last 3 minutes, He hang up... Instead of putting me on Toyota Finance at a lower rate, they went to cut the deal with the bank and put me on a higher rate with RBC. They make me lose the loyalty of 0.5% with Toyota Canada. Plus Real Tereault lied to Toyota Canada that my credit score isn't that good that is why they put me in the bank. I have a credit score that ranges from 710 to 720. They sold a demo car at a retail price, and did not remove the $2000 I negotiated, plus, on the contract they never indicate is a demo car, they wrote is a New car. The transport charges and PDI charges were all added to the transaction. I will run from dealing with this car dealer in the future. They are not approachable and trustworthy after you sign the contract. They will treat you like a piece of trash. They also wanted to sell me a remote starter and Toyota App for over $1000. Note the remote starter came with the car, and the Toyota App is free of charge for the next year or more. The dealership treated me in a very bad way after signing the contract, The Assistant Sale Managers are the worse. I will never deal with this dealership again. They feel happy ripping me off..

I just wanted an oil change lol. I know they have a job to do but I felt like it was fire at will. On top of that I found their prices not competitive at all. Immediately after driving it off the lot, the power locks stopped working and there was a knocking noise by the front right wheel. When I drove it back to them, they didn't want to even look at it without charging me for the mechanic's time (literally days after I bought it). I ended up paying them to repair it even though it was supposed to be covered under the legal warranty. Then a few days later, the car decided to not start some morning, taking up to 30 minutes before it would turn (not a starter / battery problem, but a sensor problem). They avoided my calls and didn't return my messages until a few days had passed, and when I brought the car in they "couldn't find anything wrong with it, and it started fine while they had it so it must be something I did." Every time I contacted them, they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and basically refused to honour their warranty or stand behind their service. I know that sometimes there are problems with used cars, but that's when you're supposed to make sure you do whatever it takes so that you take care of your customer. On the contrary, at SKS they were basically insulting when I told them that I wasn't satisfied with the service. Their answer to all my problems? "It's a $3500 car - of course it's gonna have problems. Go ahead and bring us to small claims court if you want; you'll win but it'll take months and month." Enough said.

Here's my story Bought a used car from them Cruze 2012 . Was handed over the car and it was dirty found stale food in between the seats. The car had a broken sun visor so they had replaced it with one that didn't even fit this car. While doing that they stained the inside of the car with grease / oil on the side . A black trim on the top of my car was broken as well . I noticed all these things which I brought to the attention of my sales person whom if you ask me did not give a care in the world because now that his Commission was made he no longer had to provided service. The sales person didn't even give me all the keys to the car . When he realized that he didn't even call me to let me know . He mailed them to an old address and they were nice enough to send them to my current address which the car dealership had in hand . He wrote a paper and said it was covered with there warranty that someone would reach out within a few days later. 2 months later I had to go through so many calls etc because no one had submitted any request to get the missing pieces to my car. I came across an even more unpleasant man called Taoufik. This gentleman should not be in the customer service industry. He's very aggressive and rude . He finally gave me a appointment to fix my car. So trim, sun visor and a full interior detail. Well I spent 3 hours waiting and I got the trim and sun visor and I was given a spray to put into my car. When I asked about the detailing I was told it was done . Again it wasn't but I'm tired of arguing with these people that I took my keys and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I've had the car for 2months and I I've had to bring it to the garage 2x now and with no help from this company or the warranty on it when I had still had it . I still have to get the car detailed. There was a burning smell in the car a month back that they said they fixed and I let them know it's still there and i was left to deal with that on my own again .
