He immediately came down, took the engine off our dinghy and went to his shop where he quickly repaired the motor. He then returned at 7 PM on the same Friday evening to reinstall it on our dinghy. The motor purrs happily now! I can't say enough about his quick response and how he was able to get us on our way again and save our vacation!

I gave James a call Saturday afternoon and he suggested since the shop was closed for the weekend that I could bring to his personal residence and he would have his boys pick it up on Monday and take to the shop. I was concerned about how much possible internal damage there may be but with a keen eye and a quick tap with his plastic hammer he informed me that it was all cosmetic and said he could have it back to me in a weeks time, and it would look good as new. During the process James sent numerous pictures showing the progress and I was amazed at the quality of work that James and his Team were able to deliver. Not only did he stand by his pricing but also his delivery time and went over and above on customer service, since we were living in Victoria, BC.
