Great quality and customer service. The only screen printer we use for our promotional business! Exceptional value!

(Be ware!! They steal your ideas and your style and get it in before you get yours!) If you write…read morereviews, they erase and block you.) I-am beyond sad and disappointed. I have been using this company since September of 2020, I've spent around 8,000 thus far on hoodies, beanies, headbands, sweatshirts, t shirts etc Today I came in for the last bit of my order that was last minute, I had a few people put in an order of 7 hoodies. I didn't ask them to order because I knew it wasn't worth their While, plus I can't hardly get anyone to respond to my emails, and I needed them ordered. So I ordered them and took them in to have them printed. Mind you: I bought my transfers already and was told in the beginning that would be best because I could only be charged for the heat press, I thought awesome! Well that changed quickly. Greed took over. I was told she wouldn't fix the hoodie because I didn't purchase it from her.. mmmm okay. She gave it back like this, I was told by another business that this is absolutely fixable, by the way. I'm just out the money and you let me leave upset and this is your name on this product too. She proceeds to tell me that I don't spend enough at their shop to make it worth it... really! My last single order was over 600, so 8,000 in 3 months isn't enough to be significant? Beyond hurt my feelings. You are a small business... I couldn't get them to get back with me hardly ever via email. Would make promises and not follow through. The worst part, she copied a lot of my things I brought in. The slouchy beanies: copied The headband beanie: copied The crop tops: copied Tye dye: copied Crop sweat shirts: copied Font on the Spartan sweat shirt: copied mine from dope soul Mono b brand: copied Kimonos: copied She didn't have style before I started ordering! It was all mom gear!!!!!! I let all that slide! Ever thing I brought in she would order hers first then get me mine, so she'd have it in her store before I got mine out. I left insulted. Upset. Sad. You didn't want my business you could if told me you didn't have to do it like this. She refuses to fix it, I didn't get the hoodie from them, even though I'm the beginning that was okay... same brand she order same everything. She always made me feel like I was a bother. So much for small town support. It's all talk, they don't give a crap about small town business or you. Notice how she put the logo so far up the hood covers it. Buyer beware! Lesson learned.
