Our most recent interaction was for the sale of my aunt's house in Leominster. It was an emotional sale of a home that has been in the family for 50+ years. We interviewed 3 agents for the listing, and much to our surprise, we got very different opinions on what the house was worth. They ranged from 200-250k. Nick was confident that he could sell the home for 250k and he was right! They had multiple offers after about a week on the market, over asking price. If we'd gone with one of the other very reputable agents, we would have left 40-50k on the table for her. Nick is quick to respond, extremely knowledgable of the market, and experienced with investment properties. He's also one of the most laid back, non pushy agents I've ever met.
