Beware of the town of Eagle pd. If you need help call the county or state patrol. Almost 3 years ago I was injured in a car accident and called eagle police for help. Despite my bruising and confusion the officer Thomas Rich made me feel horrible. I showed all the signs of a concussion. I was confused and unable to even write legibly. I pride myself on my neat penmanship. Even if I am impaired I write neatly. Two days later when the concussion was diagnosed it made sense. I thought officers of the law were out to protect and help. First responders are supposed to help. Instead their own video showed them snooping through our belongings every time I excused myself to relieve myself ( things you don't want to ask about). If ever I encounter him again I will go wide berth.
