I booked a 2025 caravan for this week via parkdean, we arrived on monday and we were given keys for…read morea caravan that did not match the website pictures and i had to clean the caravan myself on arrival, however day 2 gets worse as myself and my son woke up with itchy bumbs on our legs and upon inspection of the bedding we were horrified to find fleas in the bed, I complained to out of hours and 2 sercurity guys named Neil and James came to inspect the beds and took pictures of the bedding where the fleas were clearly seen, they shortly returned with clean bedding, today I reported this issue to the customer services and a manager finnally came to inspect the beds and she said she will call me later, but to no surprise she did not call, so I then returned to customer services and was offered softplay vouchers for 3 grown up adults lol and then spoke to some arrogant man that was so rude, will never ever book with parkdean again! Avoid this shxthole at all costs
