Not bad... it's off of bourbon street so we weren't expecting much! We called about 1.5 hrs before and they were able to accommodate a party of 4. Just like with any foot massage place, it's all about who you have doing the massage. But overall the price was good and they rubbed my back and feet and I felt relaxed afterwards! Came here after spending the past two days walking in and around the French Quarter. This was definitely a needed break for my feet. The massage therapists were very professional and skilled at this specific type of massage. They used reflexology and pressure points to ease my feet's tension. Place is decorated with simple touches and looks clean and well- maintained, set on a quiet street. Relaxing music played through the room. And best of all, no trying to upsell. Went here for a full body massage after a different local massage place really put a hurting on me with a horribly aggressive foot massage the day before. This guy actually knew what he was doing and I felt so loose and relaxed after 30 minutes on the table. Definitely would go out of my way to visit this parlor over any others in the area! The foot massage was not bad, but the lady who rang me up (owner?) was dishonest--asked me if I could pay in cash, and when I said I had none and had to use credit card, charged me $2 for "tax". Massages don't get charged sales tax in New Orleans, I later realized. She charged the other woman who paid with card (also much to her chagrin) the "tax" yet not the others who paid in cash. This was no tax. This was an arbitrary fee she tacked on bc she didn't like that we were paying with credit card. (1. Shady 2. Credit card transaction fees are a cost of doing business 3. I have plantar fasciitis (foot pain) and could use a good foot rub after the walking involved with traveling and strolling through the French Quarter. I saw the reviews here and decided to give it a try. They don't try to up sell you at all. It's clean enough and nothing shady or sketchy. They provide everything you ask for from the printed menu and that's it. They do ask for cash payment but I did see a woman who got a full massage pay by credit card. read more

Located in the French Quarter on Toulouse near Chartres. My friends wanted a massage. I'm cool with that. I didn't trust that I would like a full body massage. I'm particular about the pressure on my back so I opted for just some feet action.. The foot massage was perfect. We're walking a lot and it was nice. My friends that went full body weren't as pleased. I saw them finish first and they were directed outside to the nearest ATM because they're credit card machine was apparently down. Seeing this, I just paid cash when I was done.. When Rose went back to pay after hitting the ATM, she said they were using the credit machine for other patrons.. What? If you feel like it, I think it's nice to get a foot massage. Prices are posted so you're not getting swindled but I would feel more comfortable directly tipping the tech.. The guy behind the counter kind of had a slimy pimp quality to him and I left wishing I had given the girl the money instead. My wife and I stumbled upon this place by accident our first day in New Orleans and we were glad we did. We each had the 30 min foot reflexology massage for 34 bucks and it was well worth it. We started off with a 5 minute herbal soak to remove dead skin and clean out feet which was nice. We then say back and relaxed while our masseuses went to work. This massage was both effective and enjoyable. The pressure was just perfect and the couple spots that were tender on my feet didn't go unnoticed by my masseuse. I wasn't planning on napping during the massage but it just kinda happened. This was probably the first time I had a good reflexology massage that was both enjoyable and effective. Although there was a strong language barrier throughout the massage, I was able to easily communicate with my masseuse. I highly recommend this place and in my opinion, much better than Tao Spa. Slightly better priced and the experience was a little better as well. Here I felt like they cared if I enjoyed my massage, which is always a good feeling! read more

I got a chair massage. It was very rough, no oils were used. I think they used a small amount of baby lotion. That's what the lotion smelled like. I was left with bruises on my arms and shoulders. I've never had a reflexology foot massage but they are everywhere in NO so I thought I would try one. This one had the best reviews so I thought I would try it. Yes! So fantastic! After a full day of walking 10 miles in the Quarter my feet were so tired. This place is a slice of heaven! Like all the rest, these have side by side chairs but it was light and bright inside and felt very clean. This was the best foot massage I've ever had. Not sure about the reflexology part, but my little tootsies felt like they could walk another 10 miles by the time my half hour was over. Foot massage? Nothing to write home about, but nothing terrible. Customer service? Not so much. There were no signs indicating they only accepted cash. No sign in the window. No sign on the menu of services. No sign where you pay. No signs on the wall. The ONLY "clue" was a sign on the door saying "ATM Inside." But, that could have been for the tip or anything really. As it turned out, their ATM that they were advertising did not work. Oh...and there was no sign telling you that either. I'm sure you get the idea. I won't discuss how ridiculously expensive they were since my feet hurt bad enough to pay it. So, if you want an okay foot massage that will cost you $120 for an hour for 2 people AND you happen to stroll around NOLA with that much cash on you...give them a shot. Got me walking again! since 2016 I was dealing with horrible plantar fasciitis, had gone to foot specialists who recommended everything from shoe inserts to an operation on my feet. By 2018 I was walking only on the outside of my feet - couldn't put any pressure on my heels, and even then, I couldn't do more than 30-40 minutes of walking. Fast forward to our summer vacation in NOLA 2018, I walked into Touch Point to get away from a storm that came out of nowhere. I sat down for a one-hour foot massage, that was heavy on the reflexology. The gentleman who did the massage used strong, even pressure and did an amazing job. I left feeling great, so great in fact that I didn't notice that I was walking on full foot, using my heel. I don't know what to credit it to other than this massage. We were back in NOLA today and came right into this spot. I got a different masseuse, but the massage was just as excellent. I did get a 20-minute shoulder massage, which I do not recommend if you are sensitive because it was very strong and heavy, and they work on a bit of the shoulder bone, which wasn't pleasant, but when he worked on only the shoulders and lower back it was great. My plantar fasciitis hasn't bothered me since then. I do read some reviews where it seems as if people would have spoken up about something that wasn't up to their standard the masseuse would have adjusted their work. I did that and was able to get back to the massage back on track. If something isn't working for you, say something. Cash only. They have an ATM. read more

After walking around New Orleans for three days, my dogs were complaining despite good walking shoes. Two of us got the 30 min foot massage. We sat next to each other on big comfy chairs. My therapist used a firm touch and it helped work out the aches. He also rotated my feet and ankles a bit to get the flexibility back in them, it felt fabulous. My daughter's therapist used a lighter touch, and she said that it was relaxing too. (don't hesitate to speak up, therapists want/need you to tell them if the pressure is right for you) The staff was nice, the place was clean, relaxing, with music softly playing. Probably the best foot massage I ever received. I went with the 45 minute massage that includes the foot soak. Outstanding. I was in a complete sense of zen for the entire time.
