I have had my hair cut here many times and I really prefer waiting to have it cut here when I visit my parents, but today was the absolute, hands-down, best hair cut I think I've ever gotten. Jordyn took the time and really gave me the cut I needed. I had a deep condition and she told me what I was doing wrong with my current shampoo...I have been using too much! Who'd of thought about that? I am so pleased right now I want to tell the world!! read more

I told the clerk that I only wanted the membership for one month and she said she would cancel it after I was charged for the month. This did not happen and I found recently that I have been charged $84 a month for the past year even though I have not used it since the end of January last year. I spoke to "customer service" and they were unwilling to refund any part of the bogus charges even though it was the fault of their clerk for not cancelling the membership after one month as I had requested. She also offers quite a variety of other services which is unusual for a small, one-lady shop. My favorites are microderm abrasion and ear candling. I have these done regularly.
