They opened at 8 a.m. These are space-limited urban stores, not some 2-acre suburban American mega store. Understand that going in, and set expectations accordingly. I don't mean that in a bad way; they seemed to make decent use of the space they had, and their selection was fine. I was happy to find this chain existed. These seemed pretty common, so there could be one near your hotel or near close Metro stop.

I go to the market on Sundays but they are open on other days as well - but I am not sure what days this particular stand is around besides Sunday. They have a deal for paniers (baskets) that is something like 10 euros for 4 kilos of assorted produce. Check it out - definitely a good bargain for organic products. It's best to go early to have a good choice, but late market goers can have some last-minute deals...
