This visit was quick with a box purchase of the newly released French Regional Edition Juan Lopez Punto 55. As always they opened several boxes so I could choose which one I wanted. This is a nice touch so it allows the buyer to examine exactly what he is buying. If you are a cigar smoker in Paris I highly recommend a visit to Le Lotus.

Within minutes the cigar wrapper completely disintegrated in my hand. Returned to store under ten minutes of buying to show them crumbling cigar and they refused to honor their purchase. No offer for a new cigar, the manager refused to stand by their product. I've been smoking cigars for over 30 years and never had a cigar do this. I never write reviews, but this was shockingly bad.
