June 5, 2014 Hi,…read more I don't usually use Yelp, but am hoping for a reply. I'm trying to get to the bottom of a mystery. I travel to Germany every year and usually I fill the tank at a different station, but for the first time this year I filled my tank before returning my rental car to the Frankfurt am Main airport at: ESSO Tankstelle Rheinlander, 45 60529 Frankfurt, Germany Säule #7 It filled, it clicked off. I could add no more. I tried again, just to be sure, it clicked off. Done. After returning the car, I was charged over 50 Euro for the tank not being full. Hertz claims it simply wasn't full. I don't know where the fault lies. I am thinking, perhaps, that others have had problems with this particular ESSO station in Schwanheim. Perhaps it was pump #7? Perhaps it was a faulty fuel gauge on the Hertz car? I'll never recover my 50 Euro, I fear, but I am going to pursue the mystery. I have a hard time letting things go ;-). Actually, I view this as a challenge, now. If anyone has had this same problem with Hertz or this particular gas station, I'd like to know. Thanks, Jean
