They called us the day before the delivery to give us a 3 hour window for the next day. They offered and called us a half hour before delivery. The drop off and pickup was easy. The cocktail table top pops off, I found that out as the top came off while trying to store them for pickup and fell onto my foot. The chairs were plastic stone colored folding chairs. The cocktail tables and the rectangular tables are wood, a bit weathered, but workable. I would recommend getting table cloths, since the wood tables all looked well used. The rental was just under $500.

My poor nephew had a fever the whole week before his birthday, but luckily he broke it and we were able to reschedule for the following day. I think we must've given four schedule changes ay yi yi. But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it.
