I want to compliment the music selection that she plays and how the routines flow so well with the beat! I remember doing a start fish crunch ( I think thats what it is called) and wow! No joke! My whole body got a great workout in an hour. By far one of the best workout styles I have done. She also brought extra yoga mats which was great because I didn't have one.
