Parking is usually quite good and ample. The practise itself operates in service blocks- or sections of the day to make an appointment. You can make single visit appointments, and either prepay in bulk, or pay as you go. As the name suggests you can by beds, mattresses, and pillows here. Dr Jim is quite knowledgeable and happy to share tips, insights or education to you, for the things that may ail you. All in all, quite good and what what one would expect from a chiropractor, but I've got no comparison point to compare it to. It may be hard to find at first; look out for the street signs in the front garden; it's held within an old house.

Secondly the masseuse by the name of Toby is super unprofessional and makes you feel so uncomfortable putting his hand in places that are inappropriate for a "professional massage" rubbing the upper thighs and buttocks especially when he is ask to do neck specifically. Walked out of the massage minutes later and they won't give you a refund by the way so don't purchase a Groupon. Owner was super unprofessional on the phone and had no phone manners what so ever when called again to complain and get money back since we couldn't talk to anyone while we were there since they had all disappeared into the back room to chit chat unprofessionally. The atmosphere in the whole place was just negative and We won't go back there or ever recommend anyone.

On top of the vibe and aesthetic of the clinic, the admin staff are just so lovely. Super helpful and genuine good staff. Not a long waiting time compared to other physios, the most you'll ever wait will be 5 minutes, but that's extremely rare. The clinicians are always on time every time I come. Their approach is like no other. I felt comfortable with Primal and they've fixed up my broken body hahaha. Definitely worth my money and time. I now come for remedial massage and the occasional physio appointments. Def recommend the pilates reformer classes as well. Coming here actually makes exercise fun! I should've came here in the first place instead of other drab clinics. Genuinely pleased with Primal and what they have to offer.

He has been my stable go-to Chiropractor for years now, ever since I moved to Melbourne (seriously, I'm happy to pay out-of-pocket each visit to maintain the health of my back and neck) and I've been a regular Chiropractor patient in my previous city. But after a few appointments in this specific Chiropractor clinic, my instinct told me this is where I should keep coming back -- the free parking, fabulous and "soon-to-be famous" Chiropractor Phil, easy-to-talk to about any topic under the sun (both health and non-health topics of your choice haha), and cheerful Receptionists make each and every Chiropractic session, dare I say......easy ;) (LOL!). Last evening's appointment had a hilarious and special moment, because Phil is easily one of the most funny, caring, helpful, and non-judgmental instructors I've ever had, who along with receptionist Suzie, had the pleasure of witnessing me get lost immediately after my entrance. I had forgotten where the toilet was, woops, my bad. Coming back to Bodyline Health after taking several weeks after my painful toe surgery certainly wasn't easy (nor smooth... I think I'm still bright red from embarassment!) but Phil instantly reminded me of everything I love about this clinic - helping me and having fun with me, not "at me". Feels like my long-lost second family, and I'll be coming back here again and again!
